So today was the 1st day of my jogging experience, I would say that the thought of the ipod in my hands made this experience a lot better than I thought that it was going to be. I actually really enjoyed running/jogging for a full 40-minutes , it sort of relaxed me if you want to know the truth. It was sooo good in fact that I almost jumped into the pool when I got back, that was until I remember that we dont have a heater.
So anyways, I know Ive said this before but Im really not the biggest fan of writing on my LJ, but I think that this next year will bring a change to that. I mean it. Sometimes I just need someone to encourge me to write on it more often.
(I used the word pool, thats good enough of an excuse for me to post this picture I took a long,long time ago.)
